My kids loved this! I used barbecue sauce and ketchup -- added a little to the batter, and then made a mixture of the two and brushed it on top. I added 5 minutes to cooking time. I will definitely make this again.

Very moist. And double the recipe for leftovers. Substitute Sirracha for the hot sauce.

Delicious and easy. Even my family members who aren't fans of meatloaf enjoyed this a lot! I absolutely recommend tripling or quadrupling the recipe--while going thru the effort, might as well make a full tray of a dozen full cupcake/muffin-sized portions...they freeze well for quick, convenient lunches or dinners. ( I used 36 oz. of lean ground turkey to make a full tray, adjusting the other ingredients to what seemed appropriate--I'm not too big on measuring). Instead of ketchup/hot sauce, I used some homemade marinara I had on hand, with great results. I also recommend panko crumbs. These are so easy, moist, and adaptable to individual tastes. The individual serving size so easily frozen for later use is a great and healthy convenience for individuals, single parents, elderly parents--just about anyone in today's busy society!

Amazing. Very easy and quick. I did substitute barbeque sauce instead of hot sauce but this is a new favorite in my household.

I am not a fan of ground turkey, but these were delicious. Next time, I will use half ketchup and half sriracha in both the mix for the ground turkey and for the topping to add a bit more spice. Too much work for three meatballs, so I would double the recipe, at least...I can't imagine these wouldn't freeze well. Also, I used ground turkey, but not ground turkey breast. A few more calories, but the loaves are so low in calories to begin with that this is not an issue.

I changed the worcestershire sauce for chipotle tabasco sauce and these were super flavorful and moist! I could see adding some chopped up sundried tomatoes as well for some kick :)

This is one of my favorite meatloaf recipes! I actually had the original cut out from the 2007 magazine and recently lost it which forced me to try a few others...until I decided to hunt it down again! Can't wait to make my old faithful again!

This is my kids favorite meatloaf recipe. I triple the recipe and make about medium sized loaves. This freezes well too!

Great recipe! Took the advice of the other reviewers and added more flavor - used Sriracha instead of the ketchup/hot sauce mixture and they were great (ans super spicy)! This will now be one of my go-to recipes.

I double the recipe and (at the suggestion of one of the other reviews) used Italian seasoning and garlic powder in lieu of the fresh parsley. I made one loaf. It came out juicy and seasoned nicely. Served with stuffing and mixed frozen veggies. Solid weeknight recipe.

I thought that this was just OK and agree with the person who wrote that it should have more flavor. It's a good way to use up a small amount of ground turkey.

Really nice homey recipe that made a great weekend lunch for me and husband (he had two), along with a sweet potato and some steamed peas. My only change was to use seasoned bread crumbs and add some chopped green pepper in with the onion saute. Mixed up the night before so that flavors could blend.

I made this recipe times five for an appetizer party we had. It was DELICIOUS!! I substituted garlic salt for half of the salt and used sriracha and chili sauce instead of just chili sauce. The meatloaves were moist, flavorful, and a huge hit.

I doubled this recipe and made the meatloaves smaller, making eleven total. Instead of using them as meatloaf, I turned them into meatballs over pasta by omitting the ketchup hotsauce combo on the top. Also, adding a tsp of soy sauce adds a little more depth of flavor. Very yummy!

We did not find this as flavorful as expected. I have other CL recipes for meat loaves that I would make instead, but I always try new ones. Served with CL's Grean Beans with Savory and a premade twice baked potato. This could be tweaked if you are on the border.

I decided to try these because I had some turkey patties, they turned out YUMM-O! Next time I will add cheese. My Hubby couldn't eat them fast enough! We had a baked potato and corn with them! Oh even my 14.5 month old gobbled them up. Great JOB!

These were so easy, and delicious! I doubled the recipe and must also have small muffin tins, because I got 8 individual loaves out of a double batch. I didn't have fresh parsley, so just added some extra italian seasoning and a little garlic powder. Will definitely make these again for an easy weeknight meal without a lot of fuss.

I make this recipe often, but substitute 1/2 cup of uncooked oats for the breadcrumbs. This makes great meatballs and salsbury "steaks", also!

I'm not a huge fan of meatloaf usually but I made these b/c my boyfriend really had a hankering. They turned out to be really good and definitely not the same old dry meatloaf I'm used to. I doubled the recipe and added some dried basil b/c I had it on hand. Plus, they're pretty cute as the mini loaves! Oh, and I added the egg whites right in without beating them at all first.

I like the novelty of mini loaves in an easy-to-make recipe. Used 93% ground turkey rather than breast and added extra hot sauce because we love the heat. Leftovers were good too. I'm not a meat loaf fan, but these were good!

I changed a couple of things. First, I QUADRUPLED the recipe to use 2 pounds of turkey meat (we have a large family). Everything else was x4 as well, except the Worcestershire was about 2 T and used Sarachi for the hot sauce. Aside from that, I formed it into a loaf, spread the topping on top and cooked for just under 2 hours. Served with mashed potatoes - delish!
