It’s our duty to lay groundwork for the generations of people that will live here after us. Today, Governor Claudia Pavlovich and I are signing a Memorandum of Understanding to do just that.First, we’ll complete an ongoing study of international opportunities for desalination along the coast of Sonora in the Sea of Cortez.Second, we’ll investigate water delivery alternatives between our two countries and the Colorado River Basin alongside federal partners. Finally, this agreement will expand collaboration between Arizona and Sonora on projects to monitor air quality in our region.Thank you to Governor Pavlovich and all our leaders who work with a thriving future in mind!

To grow an economy, it starts with building a business-friendly environment to attract investment. I saw what was happening in TX and knew we could do the same in AZ. In 8 years, we transformed AZ into a hub of innovation and entrepreneurship — that’s free enterprise at work.

Arizona’s universal ESA program gives every family the opportunity to attend a school that fits their child’s needs. The program serves more than 76,000 students and continues to grow. That’s why George Will is dubbing it “too popular to repeal.”
