War and school: «hero’s desks» and sendings to the front

As a United Russia project, another initiative dedicated to the war appeared — sending letters and parcels to the front. The action «To Defenders of the Fatherland» in March 2022 was advertised by Anna Kuznetsova, Vice Speaker of the State Duma, and in the past — Commissioner for Children’s Rights under the President. Participants were asked to bring a letter or drawing to any party reception area.
